Léonard: Léo was his probably first best friend. Because of his demon nature, both mostly played at night, when much has fallen asleep but that was no problem to Ivan since he always loved the night and the stars. They both liked to trick other people and steal food from the kitchen. And even with his family warning the dangerous ways of demons, Léo still showed Ivan the many secrets of the magic - which he already loved by the way - and Ivan still showed the beauty of the world and both were inseparable.
But then, one day Ivan noticed that Léo was coming less and less to play, to which one day he just stopped coming. When he accepted the demon would not come anymore, he cried for days. Ivan moved on with time, of course, but he still misses his dear friend.

Childhood: He had a fine and beautiful childhood. since kid, always wandered around the castle wanting to know all and everything. Quickly learning how to read, he devored every book his hands touched. He just wanted to know more and more about the world and what was surounding him, tinkering, disassemble and fixing whatever his hands could find. Often times then not, he would rather staying at home then playing with other kids, with the exception of Léonard, that always came to haunt him in the most delightful ways.

Teenage years: Half his energy as a kid got quieter. Still the same tinkering boy but now his parents decided to put more emphasis on his behaviour. In the beginning, he didn't understood much all of that until noticing that he could change people around him and make a differece. Already liking the study, he put more emphasis on how to be a good leader and giving the people what they wanted, usually going to the city and hearing others opinions. It was on that he also discovered his love for horses and running wild, but mostly flirting. It happened many scandalous cases where he was found breaking into places just to dance and spend the night with strangers. Although it's unknown if he did that for rebelling or liking, nor how much - or if - he dated those people he met, he alwyas still came back to his studies.
